If you’re selected, your scholarship will typically last for the entire duration of your degree unless stated otherwise. Payments are usually made per semester, although some universities may require a different schedule.
Who Can Apply?
- Be a Nigerian citizen, female, and from an indigent background.
- Be starting tertiary education for the first time.
- Have secured admission into or be enrolled in a full-time, accredited undergraduate program in any of the following: Medicine, Law, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Accountancy, Architecture, or any other recognized professional course in a Nigerian public university.
- You must satisfy ASMAF’s academic and financial standards.
- Show strong leadership potential and a commitment to academic and professional excellence.

Required Documents
- Admission letter from JAMB.
- Proof of credit passes in all relevant subjects from one of the following:
- GCE
- NECO
- WASC
- Any other approved qualifying exam
- Evidence of success in any required post-JAMB exam, interview, or criteria set by the admitting university.
