Brazil Investigates Possible Epstein Recruitment Network

Authorities in Brazil have opened an investigation into allegations that a recruitment network in the country may have supplied young women to convicted financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Brazilian prosecutors are examining testimonies gathered by investigative journalists suggesting that certain modeling agencies may have been used to recruit women and arrange travel abroad. The inquiry is also looking into possible links with Jean‑Luc Brunel, a modeling agent who had previously faced accusations of helping recruit young women for Epstein.

According to the reports, the agencies allegedly assisted in organizing visas, travel arrangements, and introductions that may have enabled women to be transported internationally.

Investigators are now working to determine whether the suspected network was involved in human trafficking and sexual exploitation, and whether any individuals or businesses in Brazil played a role in facilitating the alleged scheme.

Officials say the investigation is ongoing as authorities gather evidence and review testimonies connected to the case.
