Samaritan follows 13-year-old Sam Cleary, a teenager who becomes convinced that his mysterious and isolated neighbor, Mr. Smith, is actually Samaritan — the powerful vigilante who disappeared and was presumed dead 20 years ago.
As crime continues to rise and the city moves closer to complete chaos, Sam sets out to uncover the truth about his neighbor. What begins as curiosity soon turns into a dangerous mission as Sam tries to convince Mr. Smith to step out of hiding and use his abilities once again to protect the city.
